Teacher-Student Relationship: Influence on Secondary School Students’ Learning Outcome

This study looked into the influence of teacher-student relationship on secondary school economics students’ learning outcomes. The population comprised 678 senior two (SS2) students from Awka-south LGA in Anambra state, Nigeria who were studying economics. A total 110 SS2 public schools served as study's sample. Five research questions led study, which examined using descriptive and inferential statistics. showed higher levels economics, and, both male female establish excellent relationships with their teachers. Learning outcome was quite high, 92 scored between 69 100 percent. outcomes are found to be related. Based findings, researchers suggested that only teachers a valid teaching qualification have passion for hired teach subject schools.
